\u201cC\u201d<\/strong> for Conclusion<\/p>\n

While the IDAC<\/strong> Principle depicts the same but \u201cD\u201d <\/strong>stands for Definition.<\/p>\n

Law Case Study – Question 1<\/h2>\n

Chuddy requested Kris to transport goods from Lagos to Darlington\u2019s estate in Enugu state for the sum of N200,000.00. Kris replied that he was only prepared to transport the goods for N300,000.00.<\/p>\n
