Ses quatorze principes de gestion servent de guide pour aider les managers \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leurs organisations. Les principes \u00e9nonc\u00e9s par Fayol peuvent \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par un acronyme appel\u00e9 \"DAD SEE U USSR CIO\"<\/p>\n

14 PRINCIPES DE GESTION<\/h2>\n

  1. Division du travail :<\/strong> Ce principe stipule qu'il doit y avoir une sp\u00e9cialisation des emplois afin d'am\u00e9liorer la performance et la productivit\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\n
  2. Autorit\u00e9 et responsabilit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Selon Fayol, si une autorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e \u00e0 une personne, celle-ci doit \u00eatre rendue responsable de cette t\u00e2che, c'est-\u00e0-dire que l'autorit\u00e9 de l'employ\u00e9 doit correspondre \u00e0 sa responsabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  3. Discipline :<\/strong> Cela implique que chaque employ\u00e9 doit ob\u00e9ir aux ordres.<\/li>\n
  4. Cha\u00eene scalaire :<\/strong> Ce principe stipule qu'il doit y avoir une ligne claire d'autorit\u00e9 formelle et de communication depuis la hi\u00e9rarchie sup\u00e9rieure jusqu'au niveau inf\u00e9rieur de l'organisation.<\/li>\n
  5. Fonds propres :<\/strong> Cela implique qu'il faut faire preuve de gentillesse, d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de justice dans le traitement des employ\u00e9s si la direction veut obtenir leur loyaut\u00e9 et leur engagement \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard d'un emploi donn\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  6. L'esprit de corps :<\/strong> Ce principe souligne que l'esprit d'\u00e9quipe et la coop\u00e9ration doivent \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s afin de cr\u00e9er l'harmonie et l'unit\u00e9 au sein de l'organisation.<\/li>\n
  7. Unity of Command :<\/strong> Ce principe oblige tous les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 recevoir des ordres et \u00e0 rendre des comptes \u00e0 un seul sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la fois, afin d'\u00e9viter les conflits.<\/li>\n
  8. Unit\u00e9 de direction :<\/strong> Cela implique que tous les employ\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre orient\u00e9s dans la m\u00eame direction afin d'atteindre les objectifs communs de l'organisation.<\/li>\n
  9. Stabilit\u00e9 de l'emploi :<\/strong> Ce principe stipule que la p\u00e9riode de travail d'un employ\u00e9 \u00e0 un poste donn\u00e9 doit \u00eatre stable et qu'il ou elle ne doit pas \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9(e) ou transf\u00e9r\u00e9(e) sans avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9(e) \u00e0 l'avance.<\/li>\n
  10. Subordination de l'individu \u00e0 l'int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral :<\/strong> Ce principe stipule que l'int\u00e9r\u00eat d'une personne ne doit pas \u00e9clipser l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de l'organisation dans son ensemble.<\/li>\n
  11. R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration :<\/strong> Cela signifie que les employ\u00e9s ont droit \u00e0 des salaires fixes et qu'ils doivent \u00eatre bien motiv\u00e9s pour garantir une meilleure productivit\u00e9, ce qui stimule la rentabilit\u00e9 de l'organisation.<\/li>\n
  12. Centralisation :<\/strong> Cela signifie que toutes les d\u00e9cisions importantes sont concentr\u00e9es dans les mains d'un seul sup\u00e9rieur, alors que la d\u00e9centralisation consiste \u00e0 permettre aux subordonn\u00e9s de prendre part aux d\u00e9cisions relatives \u00e0 leurs d\u00e9partements respectifs. Le degr\u00e9 de centralisation \u00e0 adopter d\u00e9pend de la nature de l'organisation dans laquelle le manager travaille.<\/li>\n
  13. Initiative :<\/strong> La direction doit encourager les travailleurs \u00e0 faire preuve d'initiative et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans le cadre d'un travail donn\u00e9, m\u00eame si cela peut entra\u00eener un gaspillage ou une perte pour l'organisation.<\/li>\n
  14. Commande :<\/strong> Les personnes et le mat\u00e9riel doivent \u00eatre dispos\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ordonn\u00e9e, au bon endroit, au bon moment, pour effectuer le travail qui leur convient le mieux.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
