Henri Fayol (1841-1925), ein franz\u00f6sischer Industrieller, stellte 1916 zum ersten Mal 14 Managementprinzipien auf. Seine vierzehn Managementprinzipien dienen Managern als Leitfaden f\u00fcr die F\u00fchrung ihrer Organisationen. Die von Fayol aufgestellten Grunds\u00e4tze lassen sich durch ein Akronym namens \"DAD SEE U USSR CIO\" darstellen<\/p>\n

  1. Arbeitsteilung:<\/strong> Dieser Grundsatz besagt, dass es eine Spezialisierung der Arbeit geben muss, um die Arbeitsleistung und die Produktivit\u00e4t zu steigern.<\/li>\n
  2. Autorit\u00e4t und Verantwortung:<\/strong> Nach Fayol muss eine Person, der eine Befugnis \u00fcbertragen wird, auch f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe verantwortlich sein, d. h. die Befugnisse eines Mitarbeiters m\u00fcssen mit seiner Verantwortung in Einklang stehen.<\/li>\n
  3. Fachgebiet:<\/strong> Dies bedeutet, dass jeder Mitarbeiter Befehle befolgen muss.<\/li>\n
  4. Skalarkette:<\/strong> Dieser Grundsatz besagt, dass es eine klare Linie der formalen Autorit\u00e4t und Kommunikation von der obersten Hierarchieebene bis zur untersten Ebene der Organisation geben muss.<\/li>\n
  5. Eigenkapital:<\/strong> Dies bedeutet, dass die Mitarbeiter freundlich, fair und gerecht behandelt werden m\u00fcssen, wenn die Unternehmensleitung ihre Loyalit\u00e4t und ihr Engagement f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Arbeitsplatz w\u00fcnscht.<\/li>\n
  6. Esprit de corps:<\/strong> Dieser Grundsatz unterstreicht, dass Teamgeist und Zusammenarbeit gef\u00f6rdert werden sollten, um Harmonie und Einigkeit innerhalb der Organisation zu erreichen.<\/li>\n
  7. Einheitliches Kommando:<\/strong> Dieser Grundsatz verpflichtete alle Mitarbeiter dazu, Befehle entgegenzunehmen und jeweils einem Vorgesetzten gegen\u00fcber Rechenschaft abzulegen, um Konflikte zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n
  8. Einheitliche Ausrichtung:<\/strong> Dies bedeutet, dass alle Mitarbeiter in die gleiche Richtung orientiert sein m\u00fcssen, um die gemeinsamen Ziele der Organisation zu erreichen.<\/li>\n
  9. Stabilit\u00e4t der Besitzverh\u00e4ltnisse:<\/strong> Dieser Grundsatz besagt, dass die Dauer der Besch\u00e4ftigung an einem bestimmten Arbeitsplatz stabil sein muss und dass der Arbeitnehmer nicht versetzt oder versetzt werden darf, ohne dass dies vorher angek\u00fcndigt wurde.<\/li>\n

  12. Zentralisierung:<\/strong> Dies bedeutet, da\u00df alle wichtigen Entscheidungen in der Hand eines einzigen Vorgesetzten liegen, w\u00e4hrend Dezentralisierung bedeutet, da\u00df die Untergebenen an den Entscheidungen in ihren jeweiligen Abteilungen beteiligt werden. Der Grad der Zentralisierung h\u00e4ngt von der Art der Organisation ab, in der der Manager t\u00e4tig ist.<\/li>\n
  13. Initiative:<\/strong> Die Unternehmensleitung sollte die Arbeitnehmer dazu ermutigen, ihre Initiative und Kreativit\u00e4t bei der Arbeit einzusetzen, auch wenn dies zu einer Verschwendung oder einem Verlust auf Seiten des Unternehmens f\u00fchren kann.<\/li>\n
  14. Bestellung:<\/strong> Es sollte eine geordnete Anordnung von Menschen und Materialien am richtigen Ort, zur richtigen Zeit und f\u00fcr die richtige Aufgabe geben, f\u00fcr die sie am besten geeignet sind.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
